Tong Park Esholt Cricket Club are proud to field 3 senior teams, playing league cricket on Saturday afternoons throughout the season with cup games on a Sunday. We also have an expanding junior section.

We are privileged to have the support of a variety of sponsors in the local community who make invaluable contributions towards the cost of offering adult and junior cricket opportunities.

Increasing membership has put a strain on our current resources and we have highlighted areas that need improvement. As such, it is desirable that the club continues to attract new sponsors from the local area every season.

We would ask Tong Park Esholt Cricket Club members and supporters to consider any local businesses or individuals who might be interested in sponsoring local us.

Why Sponsor Us?

We are proud of our reputation as a warm and friendly club, whilst maintaining a competitive edge, together with an outstanding commitment to youth development in the local community

Boxing Day 2015 saw the club devastated by unprecedented flooding that caused widespread damage not only to the cricket field but also to the pavilion, including stewards living accommodation, changing rooms, cricket equipment, surrounding walls and fencing and ground maintenance equipment. The club incurred costs in the region of £50,000.

We sought help from the ECB and Sport England and set about rebuilding our proud community club. We have hosted a number of fund-raising events but still need funds as we look to improve our facilities.

We are currently seeking to make necessary updates to our Grade II listed clubhouse to match our playing facilities, replace training equipment and machinery, improve the facilities at Tong Park (our second ground) and fund our expanding junior section. To facilitate this we are looking into the possibility of charitable grants, some exciting fund raising events and sponsorship opportunities.
